Why Dreams

Irony of dedicating a part of my insomnia blog to dreams: noted.

On good days I sleep. On bad days I dont. I like it that way because it’s a simple system. It might suck once in a while but usually I can power through it if needed and lean on my friends and family when needed.

Dreams are different. Dreams throw a wrench into the system. I have vivid and spectacular dreams. I do not always remember them specifically but I find that the feelings stay with me. Some times it turns into a funny story. Some times I wake up screaming.

Why write about my dreams? The good ones are worth remembering. The bad ones I like to describe in detail. Making them recognisable gives me the ability to dispel them.
