As always I use my chopping board to measure the amount of ingredients. There’s not really a recipe. I just thought spinach would go well with potatoes and added some broccoli and onions. The only rule for the soup is that at least one third of it needs to be potato.
Since I was cooking for Patrick and he is of the carnivore variety I fried some bacon along with rye bread and mushrooms in order to make the dish less veggie.
